Internal demolition of an existing building to allow for a new fitout to create the new ACG Parnell Early Childhood Centre.
As part of this project, we incorporated a Disabled Bathroom and a separate Special Needs Room to give the school added functionality and provide a better service to students. Works commenced in the school holidays when we were able to undertake demolition and external cladding works with an empty school and then continued into the first part of the new school semester. Being located in a very busy thoroughfare in the middle of the school, particular attention was required to maintain site and public safety throughout the works and we needed to ensure all deliveries were coordinated as suitable times for the school.
