The school hall required recladding. The associated structural design review and building consent application identified that the external wall framing required improvement to comply with the building code. 

This project involved an extension of the Albany Kindergarten to facilitate a larger bathroom for children. 

Waioneke School  

Aquinas College elected to upgrade the air quality in Blocks C, D, E, F and Wharenui at its site in Pyes Pa, Tauranga. The project involved the introduction of cassette type air-conditioning systems to provide heating and cooling and additional ventilation systems to introduce fresh air into classrooms. CO2 sensors were also installed to assist with managing air quality in classrooms. 

This project involved the conversion of a radio station space and music room into a single learning space, including associated building services changes.
