This was the transformation of a run-down building, into a fully functioning supermarket whilst retaining many of the existing industrial features and enhancing the buildings character.
This project was for the reinstatement of a ground floor office tenancy back to open plan basebuild layout, demolition of existing partitions, new floor coverings, new suspended ceilings, decoration and alterations to services as required.
