This was the transformation of a run-down building, into a fully functioning supermarket whilst retaining many of the existing industrial features and enhancing the buildings character.
All details had to comply with Feron Hay concept drawings with existing surfaces sandblasted and timber beams exposed. The project was completed on time and within budget.
