This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
The structure is reinforced concrete foundations, columns, slabs, precast suspended floor slabs and a structural steel frame. The building is finished in a combination of precast panels, aluminium cladding and windows with a feature rock veneer.
Due to the successful completion of the base build project, Q also completed the fitout direct with Cato Bolam.
