This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
The building was designed by Simon Williams, principal of Williams Architects Ltd who in conjunction with Property For Industry set about making this building the benchmark for the rest to replicate in AvondaleÕs industrial zone.
Modern building products such as aluminium louvers, Stack bond blockwork and sun shield glazing just to name a few create the very modern look to this warehouse office building. The building is constructed to a ‘Green Star’ rating of 4 or better which has meant carefully selected materials and disposal of construction waste.
