This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
With only a 4 week window to complete the works the programme was tight and particularly important. Fitout works included demolition of existing partitions, Air conditioning repairs, ceiling repairs, uplift and replace carpets and vinyl, new staff cafeteria kitchen joinery, bathroom and changing room upgrade, new partitions and glazing, and decoration throughout.
In conjunction with the office fitout we carried out repairs and refurbishment of the distribution centre areas; Warehouse, Coolstores, Dry Goods Store, ELA, Loading Docks and Exterior Envelope. Works included: new heated door sills to cold stores, new cold store doors, new loading dock doors, floor scrubbing, epoxy flooring, roofing repairs and a building wash; along with overseeing a refrigeration plant upgrade.
