Q was asked by the client to complete this project after Mainzeal went into liquidation. The building is heritage listed and with works only partially completed we needed to quickly mobilise onsite and engage subcontractors to complete the works.

The fitout of Level 4 in Imperial Lane, was for Absolute IT and included many heritage features being maintained and restored. The original walls were sandblasted and timber beams left exposed giving the space a very distinct look.

We completed partitions, glazing, wall, floor and ceiling finishes and the client was extremely happy with their new premises.
