This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
The client wanted a bulk retail development but with smart and economical architectural features weaved throughout the frontage. Q Construction worked with the client to develop their brief, then engaged Williams Architects to come up with a scheme to meet the clients brief. Tenants include Hunter Furniture and La-Z-Boy.
