This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
We completed the construction of the café comprising reinforced concrete foundations and slab, a structural steel frame, precast concrete wall panels with a woodgrain
finish externally, a Colorsteel roof, and shopfront glazing. Building services included plumbing, electrical, gas, fire and air conditioning.
Our team worked closely with kitchen fitout contractors on the installation of specialist equipment including specialised drainage, grease trap and waste facilities.
Additional features included an outdoor deck with timber-look vinyl finishing on the concrete slab, drop-down plastic curtaining and landscaping to enhance the building and provide a welcoming aesthetic.
