Due to extensive fire damage, the project included a complete demolition and re-build of all internal; services equipment, walls, bathrooms and other finishes, leaving only parts of the shell and structure. New bathrooms were constructed, perimeter walls relined, new vinyl flooring installed, new ceilings, base-build services reinstated, new aluminium entrance door, and a full re-roof was required over this unit and all other in block.
The works were successfully completed and handed back to the landlord as a newly refurbished space ready to be leased.
