This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
The site is a food manufacturing company so the highest standard of quality must be met at all times. The work involved stripping out the existing bathrooms, and kitchens and renovating to include newly freshened facilities for the staff. Key considerations with this project included that the site was to remain throughout the works meaning we needed to stage the male and female facilities separately, turning the remaining toilets into unisex for the period of the works. This process was managed carefully by Q Maintenance and the staff were able to continue working without disruption.
