This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
A Quick time frame was required to meet the clients commitments to the tenant. The internal systems boast a Dangerous Goods store rated to Class 1 flamable liquids and a fire sprinkler system capable of goods stored to the 10.5m racking height. The external finishes are Alucobond cladding and long run roofing, with Hardies soffit linings. Internally the main stair is ground & polished concrete with a stack bonded polished blockwork walls.
