Excavation, retaining and piling to found building extension below several metres of unsuitable material. Slab on grade with Structural Steel frame. A combination of PC Panel/Metal cladding facades and roof. Upgrade to services for the purpose of higher spec requirements for clients new Racking system.
This was a challenging project, requiring minimal disruption to on-going Warehouse operations and close coordination with separate contractors.
