This was a new build for a repeat client, the building was tenanted to Pharmapac.

The building comprises of a single level warehouse and office. The warehouse is approximately 3040m2 with a 565m2 canopy at the side. The warehouse construction has a precast concrete external wall, steel portal frame and profilled metal cladding and roof fibre concrete slab, sprinkler protected with a 1300m2 slab on the grade yard area.

The adjoined single level open plan office is 295m2 and consists of seemed zinc cladding with polished concrete precast features as external finishes.

Poor ground conditions mixed with rain hamperd progress early, but the team was able to work through this with minimal delay, the project ran fluidly, and tenants were able to move in on time.
