The building comprises a single level warehouse and two level office. The warehouse is appoximately 5000m2 with a 915m2 canopy at the north side of the warehouse. Warehouse construction is a post tensioned floor, precast concrete external walls, steel portal frame and profiled metal cladding and roof, sprinkler protected with a retained slab on grade yard area.
The office level 1 and 2 area are approx 300m2. External finishes to the office area consist of glazed curtain walls asn ACM panel architectual ‘brows’.
Navigating the Covid lockdown periods to deliver the project with material and labour shortages proved a challenge, along with stockpiling large volumes of excavated material for re-use in preperation for the fully retained yard area.
