This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
The scope included refurbishing the ground and level 2 offices, creating new meeting rooms, upgrading existing toilets and a general repaint throughout. The office was fully operational so any noisy or dusty works were carried out at agreed working times.
