This project is a new build office and warehouse development for the Auckland International Airport consisting of two warehouse spaces and two office complexes for two seperate tenants.
Working closely with the client to ensure the detail is correct over the three brands, Q commenced design and building consent.
Onsite works commenced January 2024 whilst the greater development was still underway meaning coordination was required for access and services to ensure both projects could run seamlessly together.
Tight construction programs meant early engagement for long lead time trades to get shop drawings underway early to ensure items can be supplied when required.
The precast and steel structures commenced with little separation allow trades to flow from one building to the next offering project continuity.
