Q Commerical tendered and won 2 buildings for Chalmers Properties Stage 3 'Retail Units' development at 3-5 Ronwood Avenue.

These included a new warehouse and office unit for the tenant, “Gravity” – a trampoline park and the base build new cafe for tenants, Melba cafe.
