Removal of asbestos over a functioning warehouse space, all the while allowing the client to carry on their day to day business. This required careful programming and co-ordination amongst all parties.

The variations were less than 5% of the overall Contract Sum, and only $5,000 over the Provisional Sums included in the Contract against which these were largely expended. The project was successfully completed on time with all parties working well together to ensure a successful result for the Client.
