11,000m2 GFA cold store warehouse including 11 bay Environmental load out areas (ELA), along with associated Office space, and Blast Freezers.
Our works involved demolition of existing structures and flooring, installing of new drainage and services, strengthening of existing structure and construction of new hygiene rated enclosures within the existing warehouses. The project was completed whilst the rest of the Griffins site was still running. New plant and equipment was integrated into the existing production. All works were completed on time.
