This project involved a series of alterations to a large Penrose industrial building to suit a new incoming tenant for DNZ Property Fund. Most significantly the install of a new loading dock and roller doors.

Principally, these works included forming a new twin door truck loading dock, roller shutter doors, installation of automated entrance gates, and re-grading of yard areas to suit new loading dock levels.
