Internal demolition of an existing building to allow for a new fitout to create the new ACG Parnell Early Childhood Centre.
The tenants of this building, DHL Global, had experienced an on-going issue with wind blowing in through their main entrance and reception space. Q Maintenance initially provided budget costings to help refine the design. Once a suitable scheme was signed off, Q were engaged to extend the entrance and create a wind lobby that would both work functionally and look great, while also maintaining access to staff during the works to limit disruption to DHL’s business.
