11,000m2 GFA cold store warehouse including 11 bay Environmental load out areas (ELA), along with associated Office space, and Blast Freezers.
The construction of this building included a traditional distribution centre format, consisting of; concrete floor slabs, precast tilt slabs, structural steel frame, PIR panels, and profiled metal cladding and roofing.
