11,000m2 GFA cold store warehouse including 11 bay Environmental load out areas (ELA), along with associated Office space, and Blast Freezers.
The main warehouse was in reasonable condition structurally but the roof & claddings were past their prime and were replaced. The polypanel coolstore & chiller were constructed inside the existing warehouse and in-conjunction with the office area.
All new systems (fire, water, electrical & Mechanical) were installed to bring the building up to modern code requirements.
