11,000m2 GFA cold store warehouse including 11 bay Environmental load out areas (ELA), along with associated Office space, and Blast Freezers.
Contract works included full refurbishment of existing office and staff amenity areas, extension to existing production area to incorporate both a new ‘Receival Room’ and associated ‘Loading Docks’ and ‘Yard’.
Office upgrade included a fully vented re-clad system to all external walls, several architectural finishes have been incorporated into new external finishes. The construction of a new ‘Lift Shaft’ to incorporate ‘Passenger Lift’ for ‘Accessible Access’, revised office layouts, new amenities and staff facilities were also part of the upgrade. Structural upgrade to second floor included removal of load bearing walls to allow new staff amenities to be created.
Process area works included the conversion of existing space to ‘Temperature Controlled Chiller’, extension to the existing ‘Receival Room’, site works to facilitate the 3no. new ‘Loading Docks’, new ‘Red-line’ entry to ‘Food Processing Area’.
