11,000m2 GFA cold store warehouse including 11 bay Environmental load out areas (ELA), along with associated Office space, and Blast Freezers.
Principally, these works included forming a new twin door truck loading dock, roller shutter doors, installation of motorized entrance gates, and re-grading and construction of yard areas to suit new levels for the larger trucks that tenant required. Existing building services were also altered to suit.
