Works included asbestos removal demolition, office fitout works, partitions, ceilings, carpet flooring, epoxy flooring, vinyl flooring, reocation of the kithcen chillers, and associated serices alterations.
This project involved working with the University of Auckland and CAMRI at their Grafton Medical campus. We converted a basement storage area into a fully functioning mock up MRI unit. The works were next door to CAMRIÕs fully operational unit so all noisey and disruptive works had to carefully planned and communicated to the neighbouring tenants.Ê We also worked closely with Seimens regarding the delivery and installation of the MRI machine.
