This was the transformation of a run-down building, into a fully functioning supermarket whilst retaining many of the existing industrial features and enhancing the buildings character.
A key feature of the project included moving one section of external wall within the apartment and installing a large set of aluminium sliding doors to create a new north-west facing external deck and outdoor entertaining space which was formed within the previous building envelope.
Other elements of the fitout included; demolition of existing base-build kitchen and bathroom facilities, alterations to incoming services, construction of a new bathroom, bedroom and ensuite, and installation of Velux rooflights. Quality finishes include; timber floors, bathroom tiling, and large kitchen joinery.
