This was the transformation of a run-down building, into a fully functioning supermarket whilst retaining many of the existing industrial features and enhancing the buildings character.
We worked closely with the client throughout the contract to finalise the design and cost savings. As this was only a temporary fitout careful consideration was given to build methods and finishes, and a number of alternative materials were offered to ensure a quality finish at the best possible price.
We demolished the existing office layout and laid new timber floors, installed client supplied fittings and createdÊa display kitchen and bathroom as well as sales bays and meeting rooms.
