This was the transformation of a run-down building, into a fully functioning supermarket whilst retaining many of the existing industrial features and enhancing the buildings character.
The building is listed as heritage and with works only partially completed we needed to quickly mobilize onsite and engage subcontractors to complete the works.
The fitout was for Absolute IT with many heritage features maintained. The original walls were sandblasted and timber beams left exposed giving the space a very distinct look. We completed partitions, glazing, wall floor and ceiling finishes and the client was extremely happy with their new premises.
