This project was won on a tender basis. All the units had been pre-sold prior to construction commencing. We worked with the client and design team to handover the project to the specification required to meet the end user.
The location was in the middle of an already built up suburb making construction a challenge at times regarding deliveries and meeting the expectations of the surrounding neighbours.
The units were all started with a slab on grade, but then went into a full timber framed wall and midfloor structure. Fire separation was achieved using the Gib barrier wall system and the external envelope was brick masonry to the ground floor, Nu-wall aluminium cladding to the upper levels and finished with a colour steel roof.
Internally they were 3 – 4 bedrooms with 2 – 3 bathrooms, the kitchens all had stone bench tops.
