A major refurbishment of the ACC Building at 70 Plunket Ave.
The scope included refurbishing the ground and level 2 offices, creating new meeting rooms, upgrading existing toilets and general repaint throughout. The office was fully operational so any noisy or dusty works were carried out at agreed working times.
